The petitioners seek bail in L.N.M.U. P.S. Case No. 72 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 380 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant informed about theft in his house. On such police came there and apprehended one thief from whose possession Rs. 20,000/- and a lady wrist watch were recovered. The thief disclosed the name of Zafar and Md. Seraj. The petitioners are ladies and petitioner nos. 1 and 3 are wives of Md. Zafar.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20771 of 2015 (2) dt.18-06-2015 2/2 named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in L.N.M.U.
