1. The Learned counsel for the petitioner reported to the Court that the petitioner is no more and he intends to withdraw the Writ petition, with a liberty to the legal heirs of the petitioner to avail alternative remedies before the concerned authority.
2. Liberty is accordingly granted, permitting the legal heirs of the petitioner to approach the concerned authority in case the cause of action survives in accordance with law.

3. With the aforesaid liberty, the Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
