The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 364A of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case on mere suspicion and in the statement of co-accused. The victim was recovered and he did not disclose the name of the petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused has already been enlarged on bail. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
