2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that owing to inadvertent error, the reference to the claim of payment against earnest money was missed to be incorporated in paragraph-3 of the judgment dated 30.11.2017.
3. The prayer portion as well as the statements made in various paragraphs of the writ petition supports the contention of
Patna High Court MJC No.3619 of 2018 dt.31-07-2019 2/2 the petitioner as prayer was duly made for payment of Rs. 3,84,994/- along with earnest money.
4. In the above circumstances, the judgment dated 30.11.2017 shall be construed as referring to the claim of the petitioner with reference to payment of Rs. 3,84,994/- as well as the earnest money.
