Taking into account the suspicious activities of the culprit, police chased and during course thereof, two managed to escape but one Nanhak Bhagat was apprehended from whose possession one country made loaded pistol was seized on personal search. Further more, on query he disclosed the names of his accomplice as Sri Kant Yadav and Brij Kishore Mahato (petitioner). Petitioner happens to be under custody since 27.07.2014.

Accordingly, the petitioner, namely, Brij Kishore Mahato is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20630 of 2015 (2) dt.02-07-2015 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Adapur P.S. case No. 60/2014.
