JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH) ----------- 09-08-2016 The appellant has been convicted under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to undergo imprisonment for 10 years with fine of Rs.10,000/-, in default of payment of fine, to undergo further sentence for six months.

In view of proviso to Rule 36 of Chapter XII(D) of the Patna High Court Rules read with Section 374 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, let this appeal be listed before a Single Bench of this Court. Learned counsel for the appellant is permitted to convert the aforesaid appeal accordingly.
