The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Muffasil P.S. Case No.24 of 2019 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The small quantity of liquor weighing about one litre is said to have been recovered from the place situated near the house of the petitioner.
