The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 394, 411 and 413 of the Indian Penal Code. Binod Paswan, the informant named Pawan Pathak and alleged that he robbed his motor cycle. During the course of investigation, the name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement that the petitioner made available theft motor cycle to the co-accused. No theft motor cycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Pawan Pathak and Rajiv Kumar Ranjan have already been enlarged on bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No.42823/2014 and Cr. Misc. No.23043/2013. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on
