JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, when F.I.R. named accused were arrested, the aforesaid accused disclosed the name of petitioner and their other associates. It appears that except the aforesaid confessional statements, there is nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused, Chandan Shukla has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.

No.16230 of 2016 (2) dt.26-04-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 119 of 2015.
