Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 25 (1-b) and 26 of the Arms Act.

As per prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have fled away from the place after seeing police party leaving behind black color motorcycle and a loaded country made gun. Petitioner has been made accused in this case on suspicion. Seized motorcycle and loaded country made gun do not belong to him. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
