It is not in dispute that there has been delay, inordinate, in complying with the directions issued in terms of order dated 02.03.2017 passed in L.P.A. No. 388 of 2017 (Dayanand Sharma Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors). Be that as it may be, it is seen that at this point in time, Mr. Sarvesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the
Patna High Court MJC No.1209 of 2018(4) dt.28-11-2019 2/2 opposite parties states that now the authorities have taken appropriate action by passing appropriate order. As such, we dispose of the present application leaving it open to the petitioner to take appropriate remedial action, if so required and desired.
