2 The petitioner apprehends arrest in Vishambharpur PS Case No 20 of 2023 dated 31.01.2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 342, 353, 225, 333, 504, 413, 414 of Indian Penal Code. 3 As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with 15 - 20 unknown persons attacked upon the police party with iron rod and danda on which the police party sustained injuries and in that course, Sonu Tiwari was freed from the custody of police.

4 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35077 of 2023(3) dt.29-08-2023 2/2 5 Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail. It is submitted that the petitioner bears four criminal antecedents.

6 Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedents, I do not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. The same is rejected.
