The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 495 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act. Considering the fact that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned counsel below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 7th Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Motihari in connection with Sugauli P.S.
