The petitioner seeks bail in Sahebpur Kamal P.S.Case No. 255 of 2014 (G.R.No.4305 of 2014) registered under Sections 304B/34 IPC.

The petitioner is the husband. Father of the victim made allegation that his daughter was married with the petitioner about 5 years ago, who along with his family members, were demanding motor cycle and on account of non-fulfillment of the demand, his daughter was killed. It is submitted that the Dy. S.P., in his supervision note, has found that the wife committed suicide.

Be that as it may, there appears that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he demanded motor cycle and killed his wife. Considering the facts and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) ahk/- U T
