JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-12-2020 Heard Mr. Ranjan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 275 of 2019, dated 06.07.2019, instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner, no doubt, has a tainted background but in the present case, his implication is only on the basis of confession of an accused person, leading to his remand in custody from another case. The petitioner, obviously, has not been named in the First Information Report and there is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32465 of 2020(2) dt.08-12-2020 2/2 no recovery from him. He has also not been put on test identification parade.

In the present case, the petitioner has been remanded on 19.09.2019.

Regard being had to the period of custody of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 275 of 2019.
