The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 467, 468, 471, 419, 420 & 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., on the basis of false transfer certificates of students, this petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons got the admission of students in the school and facilitated the students to appear in Annual Secondary Examination, 2014. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is simply a teacher of Biology and it was the duty of incharge Head Master, who was responsible for admission of students. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition and submitted that there is specific and direct allegation against this petitioner. Petitioner was also
