The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 54/2019 for the offence registered under Sections 272/273 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a)/38(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery has been made from the veranda of the abandoned house of one Bimal Thakur and not from the conscious possession of these petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period
