Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case in short is that the informant with his brother Niraj Kumar was going to his house on cycle on 14.02.2015 at 11 P.M. At about 11.30 P.M. near Shahjangi Hat three persons armed with weapon put weapon on the chest of the informant and his brother. One culprit snatched Mobile and Rs. 220/- and bag of his brother. The mobile of the informant contained sim Nos. 9574286289 and 8271471670. On behalf of the petitioner it is submitted that petitioner is neither named in the first information report nor put

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22076 of 2015 (2) dt.16-07-2015 2/2 on T.I.P. and petitioner is in custody since 10.03.2015 and charge sheet has been submitted in the case.

On behalf of the State it is submitted that the petitioner's name has come in course of investigation. Considering the aforesaid fact, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Rajeev Kumar, J.M.
