This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Balrampur P.S. Case No. 61 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a scrap dealer and there is no legal evidence against him, this anticipatory bail application is allowed.
