Petitioner happens to be Chowkidar and it is said that he stopped the informant and others when they were collecting donation for a Jalsa and in that course he demanded money and also snatched belongings of one Moulvi Mokim which was subsequently seized by the informant and villagers and the petitioner was handed over to the police.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
