The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, while denying the allegation, submits that the petitioner is ready to keep the complainant to her matrimonial house with love and care. Petitioner is in custody since 26.8.2020.

Learned counsel appearing for the complainant submits that the petitioner is not paying the maintenance amount as per the order of the Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Complaint case no. 3163C/2016.
