I do not find any new ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Session trial no. 30 of 2016, arising out of Harnaut P.S.Case No. 80 of 1998, pending in the court of 3rd Additional District Judge, Biharsharif, Nalanda is again rejected. However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
