2. The petitioner in the present case is seeking proper investigation of the case being Amas P.S. Case No. 121 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From the narration of facts present in the FIR, it appears that the petitioner has not disclosed the fact that the

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.990 of 2023(2) dt.03-11-2023 2/2 investigation of the case is already complete and a chargesheet has been filed in the matter. This writ application has been framed on the premise that the I.O. of the case is not investigating the case properly.

4. Since the investigation of the case is already complete and a chargesheet stands filed, no further direction is required to be given at this stage. If the petitioner is not satisfied with the investigation of the case, he may be at liberty to seek remedy in accordance with law.
