Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is that the informants along with his family member late come to attend the marriage of daughter of Girdhari Ram where he got information that his son Chandan Kumar has murdered by thee Sasurali people in village Bak. The informant went to village Bak for verification and found the family members were absent. However, he found the dead body of his son in sack. After hectic search his Samdhi Arjun Das met and he told that Chandan committed suicide. It is alleged that wife of Chandan had allured him and took away in Sasural and the

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 13.08.2014 and charge sheet has been submitted in this case. It is further submitted that there is no eye witness to the occurrence. Vide annexure-2 other accused has been granted bail.

On behalf of the State it is submitted that petitioner is name in the first information report. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in Maner P.S. Case no. 196 of 2013.
