Since the allegation of the petitioner is that in the process of execution of the scheme under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojna the State has altered the site of the RCC Bridge that this Court had directed learned counsel for the
Patna High Court CWJC No.22133 of 2018(5) dt.19-06-2019 2/2 Government of India to satisfy themselves on the execution of the scheme and the matter was adjourned.
According to Mr. Anjani Kumar, learned Additional Advocate General No. 4, the execution is in tune with the sanctioned plan and there is no deviation made by the State in execution of the scheme. Mr. Rajesh Kumar Verma, learned Assistant Solicitor General endorses this position to inform that there is no deviation of site on the project. In such view of the matter, we do not consider it necessary to keep the matter pending which is accordingly disposed of.
