The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barauli (Madhopur O.P.) P.S. Case No.

registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 447, 307, 337, 338, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated several co-accused

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38258 of 2020(2) dt.14-09-2021 2/2 persons have already been allowed anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 48661 of 2019 on 16.11.2019, as contained in Annexure-5 to the bail application. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-XIV, Gopalganj in connection with Barauli (Madhopur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 161 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the Court concerned.
