Mr. Manoj Kumar, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 13-04-2022 The learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the office within one month.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 338 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 379, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the allegation, when the son of Madan Yadav was exploding crackers, the informant prohibited him,

The allegation against petitioner no. 3 is that he assaulted on the head of the informant on the order of petitioner no. 1 with iron rod. Petitioner no. 1 also assaulted him with lathi.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is case and counter case and persons of both sides have sustained injuries. So far as injuries sustained by the informant is concerned, as per injury report, a single injury was there on his shoulder, which has been opined as simple in nature. He has also submitted that petitioners are persons of clean antecedents. Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM XIII, Saran at Chapra in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 338 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove,
