For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Kumar Ranjit Ranjan For the Respondent/s : Mr. Satyadeo Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 06-10-2016 Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the State. Indisputably, the application is filed in a representative capacity for a direction upon the authority to issue sanction letter for upgradation of the High School which pertains to purely administrative function of the State respondent(s). The Court would be reluctant to examine such grievance.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6027 of 2014 (2) dt.06-10-2016 2/2 In my view, the ends of justice shall be subserved if the petitioner is granted liberty to ventilate his grievance before the appropriate authority/forum in accordance with law. The writ application is disposed of granting the petitioner the said liberty.
