Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections-384, 386 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are in jail custody since 10-12-2015 but from perusal of the first information report, it would appear that there was land dispute between the parties. Moreover, petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and the investigation against them, has already been completed.

Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
