The petitioner is languishing in custody since 22.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that Rs.50,000/-, Rs.34,000/- and two mobiles of the informant were robed by three motorcycle born miscreants out of which Kaushal Yadav and Dilip Yadav. The FIR was registered against unknown. The name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation. Statement has been made in paragraph 9 of the petition that the petitioner has not been put on TIP.
