The petitioners, namely, Manoj Kumar Sah and Nabin Singh @ Shambhu Singh seek bail in a case under Sections 419, 420, 489(A)(B)(C)(D)(E), 120(B), 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 7/8 of Bihar Lottery Regulation Act. Petitioners Manoj Kumar Sah and Nabin Singh @
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21237 of 2015 (4) dt.04-09-2015 2/2 Shambhu Singh were apprehended by the police and from the possession of Nabin Singh @ Shambhu Singh, fake currency notes of rupees 1000, 500, 100, 10 denominations were recovered. Some cheques and ATM cards were also recovered from his possession. No fake currency note was recovered from the possession of Manoj Kumar Sah. The driver of the vehicle Abhay Kumar Sharma has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14848/2015.
Considering the fact that huge quantity of face currency notes were recovered from the possession of Nabin Singh @ Shambhu Singh, prayer for bail of Nabin Singh @ Shambhu Singh is rejected in Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 22 of 2015. So far as the case of Manoj Kumar Sah is concerned, considering the fact that no currency note was recovered from his possession, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Munger in Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 22 of 2015.
