====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-02-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This application has been filed for a direction to the respondents to ensure fair and proper investigation in Sare Police Station Case No. 111 of 2019, lodged for offence punishable under sections 166,420,468,471/120B/34 of the IPC as also to take action against the accused persons. At the outset, learned counsel for the State submits that similar issue has already been set at rest by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 9.9.2022, passed in Cr.W.C.No.153 of 2017 (Surendra Singh vs State of Bihar and others) and other analogous cases.

Since, similar issue has already been decided by a coordinate bench of this Court, this criminal writ petition is also disposed of in terms of aforesaid order.
