Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 420, 468, 472 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was applicant and it is alleged that his OMR sheet was recovered from the house of other accused against whom there was allegation of manufacturing forged documents. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation several co-accused persons have already been granted privilege of bail by different benches of this court.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Economic Offences P.S. Case no. 23/2012. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
