2. The writ petition has been filed for "issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus, direction the respondents to give the dues retiral all benefit as L.I.C. GPF, gratuity, arrear dues. Family pension fixed with other 1,50,000/- amounts paid to the petitioner (only) along with all dues amounts pay with penal interest to the petitioner and further issuance of my other

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- (Rs. one lac fifty thousand) only has been received till date, but the retiral benefits to which he is entitled have not been paid in full.

4. None appears on behalf of any of the respondents when the matter is called.

5. Having regard to the grievance of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority/ies with a fresh representation for redressal of his grievances. If any such representation is filed within a period of two weeks hereof, the same shall be considered and disposed of on its own merits in accordance with law and after grant of an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner expeditiously and in any event preferably within a further period of twelve weeks thereafter.

6. It is also made clear that in view of the ongoing lockdown and Covid-19 pandemic, any correspondence between the parties may be made through email and that
