The matter has been listed under the heading "For Orders" under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks after restoration of normalcy.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33705 of 2020(2) dt.16-12-2020 2/2 Annexure-1 to the present application with observation "at this stage" and in persuasion to the said observation, the present bail application has been filed by the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 06-05-2018. The petitioner has remained in custody for more than two years. Charge has already been framed in the case. The petitioner undertakes that he will cooperate in the trial. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-V, Supaul in connection with Sessions Trial No. 90 of 2019 arising out of Pipra P.S. Case No. 141 of 2016.
