JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to the prosecution case itself, some unknown persons committed the murder of the deceased and the only allegation against the petitioner is that he as well as others had given threatening to the deceased prior to the alleged occurrence. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, several coaccused have already been granted privilege of bail by this Court. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur ( M) P.S.Case No. 15 of 2016.
