JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-04-2016 This is fourth attempt for grant of bail in connection with Khajekalan P.S. Case No.137 of 2012 registered under Sections 341, 323 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

On merits his applications for bail have already been rejected thrice. The case relates to an incident in which three persons were killed. The petitioner is one of the assailants who is alleged to have opened fire.

Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the case is at the fag end as the impugned order dated 4.3.2016 would show that apart from the investigating officer, all other witnesses have already been examined on behalf of the prosecution. Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that after the impugned order 4.3.2016 passed by the learned

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail. Accordingly, the application for bail is rejected.
