JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-11-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 356/379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant suspects that the petitioner and his friends snatched his bag containing cash Rs.8500/-, tab, aadhar card driving licence etc due to previous altercation. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case on suspicion. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35940 of 2022(2) dt.01-11-2022 2/2 bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner mentioned above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh in Athmalgola Police Station Case No. 124 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
