Petitioner is in jail custody since 28.01.2015 on the accusation that one country made Katta along with two live and one empty cartridges were recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent except one case, which was registered against the petitioner for the offence under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
