JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 08-02-2021 Learned counsel for the petitioner wants modification of the order dated 20.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 85201 of 2019 to the extent that the time for surrender of the petitioner may be extended, as he could not surrender before the court below within the time prescribed in terms of the aforesaid order on account of Covid-19.

In such view of the matter, the time for surrender of the petitioner before the court below is extended further for four weeks.

The order dated 20.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.85201 of 2019 is modified to the aforesaid extent. Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
