The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence under Sections 8/20 (b)(ii)(c) of the NDPS Act. The allegation is that from a four-wheeler 70 kg of ganja was recovered. Four persons fleeing from that vehicle were apprehended including the petitioner. Co-accused Kameshwar Rai having similar allegation was allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-3. Petitioner is in custody since 07.09.2017. Trial has not concluded as yet. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after framing of charges, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court below having immovable property in his name.
