2. That the present writ application is being filed for the following reliefs :- "(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent No.2 to disposal the Raiyatikaran (Rayatization) Case No.
09/2025 within the stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court as deem fit and proper.
Patna High Court CWJC No.9649 of 2025(4) dt.22-06-2026 2/3 (ii) For issuance of a appropriate writ directing the respondent to pay the compensation of land bearing Khata No.362, Khesra No.1060/842, area 45 decimal situated in Village- Khedan Bigha, P.O.- Atasarai, P.S.- Islampur, District- Nalanda, Bihar which has been acquired under Islampur Bypass Road Project under Award No.56.
(iii) To grant any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitle under the law as well as under fact and circumstances of the case."
3. The petitioner has come before this Court with a simple prayer to direct the Collector, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif (respondent no. 2) to dispose of the Raiyatikaran Case No. 09 of 2025 which is pending since long.
4. The matter relates to Khata No. 362, Khesra No. 1060/842 (area 45 decimal) under Khedan Bigha village in the district of Nalanda and relates to acquisition for the purpose of Islampur Bypass Road Project under Award No. 56.

5. As recorded above, a petition vide Raiyatikaran Case No. 09 of 2025 is pending before the respondent Collector, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif.
6. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction that the petitioner along with the present order shall be filling a petition before the concerned respondent, the Collector, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif who shall be hearing all the parties and will be taking the matter to its logical conclusion within a period of three months form the date the petitioner prefers petition.
7. Needless to add, if an order has been passed, no further step to be taken.
