A report was called for from the Trial Court, It has been reported that process under Section 83 Cr.P.C. has already been issued against the petitioner in connection with Special Case No. 26/2018 arising out of F. No. NCB/PZU/V/17/2018. As such, the present application is not maintainable.

In the said circumstances, the present application stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and pray for regular bail.
