The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bind P.S. Case no. 22 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that on 03.03.2019 at about 9.00 A.M. informant, namely, Ganesh Kewat was returning to his house from the filed, when he entered in the village then saw that she buffalo was tied on the way, then he review the she buffalo and moved ahead then Dulan Chand Paswan and this petitioner started to abuse the informant, when informant made protest then he was assaulted by lathi in which he received blood oozing injury at his head.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33365 of 2019(2) dt.21-05-2019 2/2 injuries as found on the person of the informant is of simple in nature. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-II, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 22 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
