JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 04-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual court proceedings. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 147 of 2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 364 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 15.02.2021, is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case. Without going into the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have compromised and a compromise petition dated 15.10.2018 has already been filed in the learned court below. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above named is directed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44842 of 2021(2) dt.04-01-2022 2/2 to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 147 of 2016 only after the learned court below is satisfied that the compromise petition was entered into between the parties without any coercion and force.
