The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named the petitioner along with other accused persons and alleged that his sister was killed by the accused persons due to land dispute.

From the perusal of the first information report itself, it appears that the informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence. The petitioner is a lady and no specific allegation is made against her.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like
