JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-05-2015 The petitioner seeks bail in Barh P.S. Case No. 7 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 452, 376 of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. Regard being had to the reasons assigned in the order dated 25.09.2014 in Cri. Misc. No. 34392 of 2014 whereby the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court, I am not inclined to grant bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and concluded the same as early as possible.
