The petitioners seek bail in a case under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and different sections of the Arms Act.

Both the petitioners were apprehended by the police

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16593 of 2015 (2) dt.22-06-2015 2/2 on the allegation that they were preparing for committing dacoity, but from the possession of the petitioner Anuj Kumar, no arms and ammunitions was recovered and from the possession of the petitioner Vikram Kumar @ Vikram Kumar Mandal, one countrymade pistol and one live cartridge were recovered and, for that, the petitioners are in jail since 25.12.2014. The petitioners have already remained in jail for about six months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Kotwali (Adampur) P.S. Case No. 953 of 2014.
