Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Recovery is of 140 liters of illicit liquor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that the name of the petitioner has been transpired on the basis of the confessional

2/4 statement of the co-accused, namely, Dhanteras Rai. He further submits that except the confessional statement of the coaccused, no other cogent material has come during investigation against the petitioner. 2. If the petitioner tampers with the evidence or the

4/4 witnesses, in that case, the prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail.
