We, therefore, dispose off this petition with the
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.2524 of 2018(3) dt.26-09-2019 2/2 liberty to the petitioner to approach the Remission Board and the Remission Board shall proceed to act in accordance with the policy applicable, as expeditiously as possible, provided the time period for reconsideration has already lapsed. This petition is disposed off with the aforesaid observation.
